Paul is a Partner at Futurus, a boutique consultancy that helps organisations prepare for the future of work. Futurus works with leadership teams in responding to the realities of AI adoption, of leading  change, retention and engagement challenges, shifting workforce expectations and the practicalities of redesigning roles, ways of working and operating models. Engaging across government, financial services, life sciences, pharma, education and technology, Futurus brings structure to complex change: aligning stakeholders, building workforce readiness and translating strategy into intent. 

Previously as Chief Executive of Skillnet Ireland, Paul led the transformation of Ireland’s national workforce development agency, positioning it as a central pillar of enterprise and skills policy. He worked with government, industry and education leaders to shape system-level reform and large-scale change. Earlier, Paul held executive level OD positions in Irish Life and Bank of Ireland.

Paul has served on several Boards including Ireland’s National Skills Council and the European Commission Skills for Industry Advisory Group. He is currently a director of the Stripe Young Scientists and Technology Exhibition. Paul holds a degree in Economics and an MBA from Dublin City University.
