TICKETS & CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund?
Talent Summit tickets are non-refundable. However, we offer flexibility:
Transfer to a Colleague: You may transfer your ticket to a replacement attendee at no extra cost.
Credit for Future Events: If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your credit to another Talent Summit event within the next 13 months.
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
Yes. If you cannot make it on the day, we will facilitate a transfer to a colleague. Please contact talentsummit@sigmar.ie with your name and the details of the new attendee to update our records.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. For any changes to job titles, company names, or attendee details, please email our team at talentsummit@sigmar.ie.
PAYMENT & INVOICING
What payment options are available?
We accept payment via Credit/Debit Card and Bank Transfer. To secure your place, payment must be received in full prior to the event.
Can I get an invoice for my booking?
Invoices are issued upon request. Please notify us at the time of booking if you require a formal invoice for your finance department.
Do I have to pay VAT?
Yes. In accordance with Irish Revenue regulations for events held in Ireland, VAT (23%) is applicable to all ticket sales, regardless of whether the purchaser is a company or an individual.
EVENT LOGISTICS
How do I receive my ticket?
Once your payment is confirmed, your electronic ticket will be sent to the email address provided during registration. You can present either a printed copy or a digital version on your mobile device at the registration desk.

ACCESSIBILITY & INCLUSION
Is the Talent Summit accessible for attendees with disabilities?
Yes. Inclusion is a core value of the Talent Summit. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, and we work closely with our production partners to ensure a barrier-free experience for all delegates.
Do you provide captioning for the sessions?
Yes. To ensure our content is accessible to attendees who are deaf or hard of hearing, we provide Live Captioning (speech-to-text) for all keynote sessions and main stage presentations.
What support is available for attendees with visual impairments?
We are happy to provide Sighted Guides to assist with navigation throughout the venue. If you require a guide, please contact us at least 14 days before the event so we can ensure a team member is assigned to support you.
Can I request specific accessible seating?
Absolutely. We have designated Accessible Seating areas with clear sightlines to the stage and easy access to exits. Please notify us during registration or via email so we can reserve a space for you and a companion if required.
How do I request additional assistance?
If you have specific requirements not mentioned above (e.g., quiet rooms, sensory considerations, or Irish Sign Language interpretation), please reach out to our team at talentsummit@sigmar.ie. We recommend contacting us at least 30 days in advance to allow us to make the necessary arrangements.
