What payment options are available?

  • Payment for the event can be made by credit card or bank transfer

  • Payment is required in advance to secure your place at the event

  • Invoices will be issued on request, so please let us know at the time of payment if you require an invoice

  • Payments must be in Euro

  • When making a transfer please include The Talent Summit and your company name in the payment reference.

Can I cancel my ticket or get a refund?

We cannot offer refunds, however, we do allow ticket transfers without a fee. If you can’t attend, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee. Simply contact us with your name and the information for your replacement attendee.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you cannot make it on the day we will facilitate and accept the transfer of tickets.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can update your registration information by emailing new@sigmar.ie

Do I have to pay VAT as an individual?

Yes. The organisers have to pay the Irish government the VAT on all ticket sales regardless of whether it is a company or individual buying the tickets.
