Founded by Sigmar Recruitment, Talent Summit has grown to become one of the largest HR & Leadership conferences in Europe and it is once again bringing its fantastic line-up to Galway this coming Thursday 9th May in the Clayton Hotel, Galway in partnership with Sigmar Recruitment and Vhi Healthcare. With just one week to go, we are delighted to announce the full line-up for this event!
The theme for the day is ‘The Talent Revolution: Leading Change’ with keynotes from expert speakers on talent attraction and retention strategies, real life case studies from successful global and local brands, panel discussion and audience Q&A.
Registration will open at 8:30am and a selection of Tea/Coffee and breakfast snacks will be on offer for delegates, so make sure you get down early to enjoy a good breakfast to set you up for the day ahead.
At 9:00am Sarah Williams, Regional Manager of Sigmar Recruitment will kick off the morning and welcome over 100 delegates to the Clayton Hotel, Galway.
At 9:15am David Barrett, CCO of cut-e will give a keynote on ‘The Talent Supply Chain: Buy, Build, Borrow or Bots’, followed by a panel discussion with Eamon Brett, Team Lead at Shopify. The discussion will cover AI, robotics and machine learning as it replaces elements of what we do, how we will recruit, re-organise and deploy talent for today’s augmented workforce.
That will bring us to 9:55am where Eoin O’Connor will bring us up to date with employment law. Eoin O'Conor is a Barrister & Employment Law Expert. He will also be opening the floor to questions, so this is a great opportunity to get the answers you need on the subject so make sure you take advantage of this on the day.
The last session before our morning break will be Maureen Walsh, Managing Director DeCare Dental speaking on the topic ‘Leadership Through Action’. After this the conference will break for 30 minutes with tea/coffee and biscuits served, giving you an opportunity to network with your peers
At 11:00am Tony Óg Regan, Performance Psychology Coach will give his keynote on ‘Unlocking Performance Through Engagement’ followed by a panel discussion. The panelists include Niamh Graham, Vice President, Global HR Workhuman, John Goulding CEO & Co-Founder, Workvivo and will be moderated Malwina King, Director, Sigmar Recruitment.
Chanelle, Lady McCoy, Co-Founder of Chanelle Medical and Dragon’s Den Investor will give her headlining keynote at 11:45am on 'Leading Change'
Robert Mac Giolla Phádraig, Founder, Talent Summit will then give his closing address at 12:35pm.
